Public Health Association

Rain or shine

The Quebec Association for Public Health asked us to create an online campaign promoting positive mental health among people aged 15 to 25. The goal was to help this especially at-risk population develop the habits that can prevent crises. Our concept needed to speak to a wide age range, neither too youthful nor too serious.

“Positive mental health, rain or shine” tells a simple story: our mental health requires daily care. Much like the plants in our home, we each have different needs; the trick is to know ourselves and accept that there is a time for resting, and a time for blossoming.

Surround yourself with people who want to see you blossom

Everyone has different needs

Every flower is unique

Everyone reacts to bad weather differently

Even plants need rest

Don't be deterred by weeds

Grow roots in your community

Don't let your vase overflow

The flowers that grow together stay together
