Whére accènts dön’t mâtter

Whether it be because of an accent or confusion around proper grammar, many of us refrain from speaking a new language for fear of missing the mark — especially in a professional setting. The thinking behind Circonflexe Mentorship Program is simple: an accent — whether spoken or written — shouldn’t throw you off the road to mastering French. With a lighthearted, inclusive, and humoristic tone of voice, we’re inviting English speakers to gain confidence in their professional spoken French.

Our brand platform & campaign minimize the importance of accents: graphically, they are subtle and misplaced. What takes up most of the space is our bold and playful font, which represents mentees’ personalities and their growing confidence. Finally, our initiative is called Circonflexe, because regardless of its spelling, both Francophones and Anglophones can easily pronounce it and recognize its meaning.

In other words, accènts dön’t mâtter.
