Harricana

Facing staffing shortages and significant recruitment and retention challenges, the educational establishment located in the remote region of Abitibi-Témiscamingue reached out to us to create an employer brand that would honour the remarkable work of people in the field.

We landed on a creative concept rooted in water, a nod to the Harricana River and the esker lakes that define the region’s landscape. Shapes inspired by the unusual layout of esker lakes evoke notions of autonomy and interrelation, two points of pride and differentiation among staff. The colour palette and writing allude to the flora and fauna that cover the territory, as well as the vitality of a school environment, underlining the importance of a healthy education system.
